What these terms cover

These terms cover this website: its pages, the demo request form and the chat assistant. Using the ScanToShop360 service itself — the till, the online shop and the admin panel — is covered by the agreement you sign when you subscribe, which takes priority over anything on this website.

Product information and prices

We describe the product as accurately as we can, but features, plans and prices can change, and some depend on your setup. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Nothing on this website is an offer you can accept by itself: what you get, and what it costs, is what your written agreement says.

The chat assistant

The chat is an automated assistant that answers from our published product information. It can be wrong, and what it says is not a promise or part of any agreement. Ask the team in a demo before relying on an answer. How chat messages are handled is explained in the privacy policy.

Demo requests

Asking for a demo costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. Please give accurate details so we can reach you, and only send product lists you are allowed to share.

Using the website fairly

• do not try to break into, overload or disrupt the website, or get around its limits;
• do not send spam or automated requests through the demo form or the chat;
• do not copy the website in bulk or use it to build a competing product.

We may block access to anyone who does.

The text, screenshots, logos and design of this website belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote small parts with a link back. The ScanToShop360 name and logo are ours; please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
